There are 3 main types of feline messages
- “Happy Messages” When comfortable and happy, cats mark their territory as familiar by rubbing their face against corners, furniture, people, or other cats at home. - "Harmony Messages" After the mother gives birth, she sends “harmony messages” to her kittens. These messages, released in the mammary zone, are naturally appeasing and and ensure harmony between the kittens.
- "Territory Messages" Cats are territorial by nature. They like to feel in control of their territory. They have their own way of telling other cats “this is mine”! They scratch in visible places and leave marks and “territory messages”, coming from their paws.

How soon will it start working?
- Best results are typically seen after 3-4 weeks of continuous use
- Some cats show improvements as soon as the first 7 days
How to use:
- Plug the diffuser in right side up in an open area where your cat spends the most time
- Keep diffuser plugged in continuously – replace refills every 30 days, replace diffuser device every 6 months
- Allow 1.2m (4') clear distance above the diffuser
- Each diffuser and refill covers up to 70 m2 (750 ft2)
How NOT to use:
- Do not unplug or switch off the diffuser at night
- Do not plug in sideways or upside down
- Do not plug below any object, under furniture, near open windows or air vents
- Use only in 110-120 volt outlets; never use with extension cords, adapters or voltage converters
- Use only FELIWAY Refills with FELIWAY Diffusers; do not use with any other refill or device
Additional tips
- Allow up to 24 hours for full diffusion of FELIWAY CLASSIC "happy messages"
- If your cats are fighting AND showing signs of stress like urine spraying or scratching, use both FELIWAY CLASSIC and FELIWAY FRIENDS
